To start engaging with your customers on WhatsApp using FlowFlex, you’ll first need to connect your Meta account. Here’s how:
1. From your FlowFlex Dashboard, click on “WhatsApp Setup.” Before you begin, make sure you have the following ready:
Your business’s legal name and address
The display name for your WhatsApp profile
A unique phone number that isn’t currently linked to WhatsApp (If it is, you’ll need to delete the WhatsApp account.)
Click on “Continue with Facebook.” This will redirect you to Facebook’s login page.
Log into your Facebook (Meta) account and follow the prompts to authorize FlowFlex. Once connected, you’re ready to communicate with your customers directly on WhatsApp!
