# FlowFlex documentation

## What is FlowFlex?

FlowFlex is a platform for businesses anywhere in the world to run their WhatsApp. You connect your WhatsApp Business number through Meta, and then your team uses FlowFlex to:

* **Send broadcasts:** one approved message to many customers at once, with delivery, read and click results.
* **Reply from a shared inbox:** answer customers together, with quick replies, business hours and automatic replies.
* **Automate conversations:** build flows that reply, collect details and look up orders, without writing code.
* **Connect your own systems:** start messages such as order updates from your website or app, with the SDK and API.
