Meta Onboarding for WhatsApp on FlowFlex

To use FlowFlex.ai for WhatsApp automation, your business must be connected to Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform. This setup process is called Meta onboarding. Once completed, it allows you to send and receive messages using WhatsApp through FlowFlex.
Here’s a complete guide to help you get started.
If your business does not already have a Meta Business Account:
Visit
Click on Create Account
Enter your business name, your name, and business email
Submit and verify your email address
Add your legal business name, business phone number, address, and website
Tip: Make sure the business name and address match your official documents. This helps in smooth verification later.
Go to Business Settings
Under “Security Center,” click Start Verification
Upload supporting documents like:
Business license or registration
Utility bills with business name and address
GST Certificate (if applicable)
Add a domain (e.g., yourwebsite.com) and verify ownership through a DNS update or HTML file upload
Verification can take a few hours to a few days, depending on document clarity and match.
In Business Settings, go to “Accounts” → “WhatsApp Accounts”
Click Add → Create a New WhatsApp Business Account
Assign your business to the account and select an account name
Add payment method if you’re planning to use WhatsApp message templates at scale (optional at this point)
Under your newly created WhatsApp Business Account, click Phone Numbers
Add a new number that’s not currently registered with any WhatsApp account
Choose how you want to verify the number (SMS or voice call)
Complete verification by entering the OTP
If the number is already connected to a personal or business WhatsApp account, you must delete that account before proceeding.
Log in with your Business Account and click Create App
Select Business App and name it
Link it to your Meta Business Account
Under App Dashboard, add the WhatsApp product
To allow FlowFlex to connect:
Create a System User from your Business Settings → Users → System Users
Assign Admin access
Generate a System User Access Token
Add the necessary permissions for WhatsApp and business management
Permissions usually include:
WhatsApp Business Management
WhatsApp Business Messaging
Business Management

Once your business is verified and your WhatsApp number is active:
Log in to your FlowFlex dashboard
Go to Channel Settings → WhatsApp
Paste your verified phone number and access token
Set up your sender profile (display name, brand logo, description)
Start creating your WhatsApp flows using FlowFlex’s drag-and-drop builder
